With more than twenty‑two years of diverse experience across both NGO and corporate environments, Joel Utpal Halder is a proven finance and administration professional skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, donor and grant management, and corporate documentation. He has successfully managed international donor‑funded projects (USAID, DFID, GFATM, UNICEF), while also driving business operations including sales, export, and organizational policy development. His expertise spans internal control, auditing, HRM, taxation, procurement, supply chain, and IT system administration, complemented by hands‑on leadership in automation initiatives, and humanitarian projects. He brings a unique blend of financial acumen, donor compliance expertise, and leadership, enabling organizations to achieve sustainable growth, accountability, and strategic impact.
