Md. Sharwar Hossain is the Team Leader at S P Choudhury & Co., where he oversees audit engagements, guides the audit team, and ensures the timely delivery of high‑quality results in line with professional standards. With broad expertise in audit, accounting, taxation, and financial management, he brings both strong leadership and technical proficiency to every stage of the audit process.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Hossain held the role of Assistant General Manager (Tax & Audit) at Quasem Group, managing tax and audit functions across six companies, including a publicly listed entity. His career also includes serving as Finance Manager at PIACT, Senior Audit Officer at BRAC Bangladesh, and Executive (Audit) at Saudi‑Bangladesh Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Ltd. (SABINCO). These diverse roles have equipped him with extensive experience spanning corporate, development, and financial sectors.

Mr. Hossain is a Part‑Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA‑Inter) under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He is also a Certified Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) and holds the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.

Academically, he earned both a Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
